Hello
Today I am sharing the Mother’s Day card I made for my Gran. A little late. I didn’t get a chance to visit Gran until late last week. Gran has become forgetful so she didn’t notice I was a few days late. It can be rather funny some days to explain who you are!
I am linking up to challenge #44 at Scribble & Scrap here
I used Annabelle Stamps Designer Flowers, Stemmed Flowers (leaf) and Butterfly Sunshine (sentiment). The inks I used were SU Smoky slate, Lucky Limeade, Daffodil Delight and Tim Holtz Abandoned coral (reinker + uninked pad). The sentiment is also from Annabelle Stamps Designer Flowers stamped in Memento Tuxedo black and die cut with Inspired by Stamping Fancy Label Dies 3 and PTI oval limitless layers dies.
This is a pair of fingerless mittens I made for Ms 10
This is the link to my raverly page here
and the free pattern from the Casting on couch here.
I am also sharing this finished jumper.
I was given this partially complete by a friend. I finished it last week.
Original pattern from Country Crafts June 1987.
Thanks for stopping
Cheers
Vicki
I’m sure your Gran didn’t mind you being a few days late Vicki! How lucky are you to still have your gran in your life! Love seeing those Annabelle Stamps in use again – I have so many of them, and they are all great! Your knitting is as good as your card making – love seeing what you are creating all round:)
Thanks Ann.
Awesome gloves and jumper, Vicki! I love your floral design and the way you showcased the sediment on your gran’s card! Bless her!! Enjoy your day!! Hugs, Darnell
Thanks Darnell.
