Today I am sharing my DT entry for the current challenge at Unstampabelles here.
The challenge to use gold foil or glitter and white. No stamps or other colours.
I have die cut deer from SU Detailed Deer thinlits added to an embossed white die cut circle. The circle and deer were popped up with foam tabs as you can see with the shadow. We are enjoying some lovely sunny spring days. The sentiment is from Stamplorations. A little glittery bow to finish off.
Thanks for stopping. Will I see you in the challenge?
Cheers
Vicki
This is so effective. Love the idea of embossing the circle.
Thanks Susan. I tried with and without the embossing felt it just needed that little extra.
Love this deer too – he looks so majestic – especially in gold? or is it copper? Great idea to use embossing on your circle background – love this design!
Thanks Ann. He is gold foil. I really didn’t “need” another Christmas set however I couldn’t resist this one!
I love the challenge of sparkles, gold and silver, I just like taking the photos of them lol. Yours is brilliant, what a truly elegant design Vicki!
Thanks Therese. They can be a challenge in themselves to get pics of! I still need to learn how to take good photos 🙂
The dimension on this beautiful reindeer card is intense and fabulous, Vicki! Love the embossed circle and all the gold and white! I’m sorry I haven’t been around for so long because of my travels and being behind. I see you haven’t posted for a while. I hope you are busy or away and it’s not because you aren’t feeling well. ❤Hugs, Darnell
Thanks Darnell. All good – just busy! like everyone else 🙂
