Bluey & other things…

Hello

Popping in today to share a few finished projects and some WIP./plans.

First up I have a punch art “Bluey” card requested for a friends granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. With the help of google images and loads of punches, dies & some free hand cutting I came up with the card below.

The next card was also a request. I used SU image and coloured with alcohol markers. added a felt die cut balloon & number “1”.

This is a fold up bag I made recently for a friend’s birthday. Completed with French seams. I used this pattern here.

Next up I have the makings of my next few quilts.

This first one is for Ms E’s boyfriend’s friend who is expecting baby no 1.

This is now ready for backing and basting.

Lastly these old jeans and fabric scraps from DFG are also going to be made into quilts. These ones will be given to my DFG group to use as they see fit, either here or to an overseas group/location.  I have saved the zippers for another member of the DFG who makes fidget quilts for people with dimentia. 

I have a few kniting projects too – I’ll save those for another post!
